This vintage replica set features 1940’s ERA New Old Stock magnet wire, incredibly rare, made with impure copper and vintage purple insulation, with “that sound” that only vintage magnet wire has. 
 
These are the closest replica’s of old PAF’s being made today, using the knowledge Dave Stephens gained over a 25 year time span, and all the critical tone parts hand made by Dave with his own PAF replica covers plated and aged by Dave, with no copper underplating.

The set comes with the original COA and complete vintage insulated wiring harness with correct low capacitance, switchcraft switch, Stewmac (neck) and Emerson Pro (bridge) 500K pots, Jupiter Condenser PIO "Bumblebee" capacitors, vintage braid wire consisted of braided shell, inner black cloth insulation, then a Celanese nylon type insulation, then the inner core wire, etc. etc.

The NOS 40’s PAF pickups and harness were 100% made and tested by Dave to be the perfect Les Paul match.
 
I have used this set in my Les Paul for the las couple of years so the tape that holds the wiring loom is gone and there's some solder on the pots but the set is like new and in absolute perfect condition.
