The 15WATT Fender Super Champ X2 combo is an extremely versatile little amp with a big sound for bargain money!
It is tube driven (2 x 6V6 power tubes, 1 x 12AX7 preamp) with a digital front end with a ton of sounds and effects like Tremolo, Reverb, Chorus, Vibratone, Delay etc. And yes: these sound great!!
The clean channel has a pure tube warmth and depth and the drive really sounds like an old Fender from all the way to the 50's up to blackface and silverface. The amp simulation runs from a Tweed Champ, Deluxe clean and dirty, Bassman, 65 Princeton clean and dirty, 65 Deluxe, 65 Twin, AC30 clean and diry, Narshall Major, JCM800, Fender Super Sonic, Mesa Boogie, Peavy to a Jazzmaster. It's all in there.
