Big headstock, warm single coil pickups and classic Strat vibe, this guitar defined an era. 
 
This Custom Shop recreation nails that vibe perfectly. The body is select lightweight ash (not alder!) for classic tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 6105 frets and the 3 single coil pickupss dish out big tone. Fender's trademark tremolo and Schaller F tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is an awesome Red Sparkle metallic and has been subjected to Fender's Vintage Heavy Relic treatment. Lots of mojo, vibe, dents and dings just like a true road warrior axe. This is an incredible Strat that is made to ROCK!
 
The neck and middle pickup are original "AY" Abigail Ybarra handwound '69 Strat pickups with lots of Hendrix tone, the bridge pickup is a Scheffer-Pickups Custom Order handwound '69 grey bottom pickup with bottom plate for extra full low/mids and warmth, wound by Henk Scheffer. The combination is spot on how you would want it to be!!
 
Comes including the original COA Certificate, hangtags, Ashtray bridge cover and rectangular Fender OHSC hardshell case.
