SOLD! - 1952-1957 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop Conversion

Original 1952 Goldtop, converted to '57 spec with an vintage shaved ABR Bridge and Custom Designed Stoptail where the strings go down from the back and come from under the tailpiece at a perfect angle. 
 
Pickups are 1964 + 1965 Gibson Patent No stickered pre T-Top humbuckers with original M69 pickup rings, measuring 8.90K Ohms for the bridge and 7.42K Ohms for the neck pickup. These sound absolutely phenomenal!!
 
The Gold nitro finish, electronics, pots, Grey Tiger caps, Patent Applied No Line Single Ring Tuners, Tall Speed Knobs, plastics etc. are all original 1952. This kliller axe has had a recent refret and really plays like a dream with low action and a smooth and easy feeling neck. The back of the headstock shows a very small smiley fracture with a small finish touch-up but nothing serious, very steady and hardly visible. Comes in a later Gibson Lifton Reissue Historic Brown case w/ pink lining.
